Zenplans is designed to cover all aspects of life. Our platform provides step-by-step guidance for over 50 curated sections across our 5 core categories: Assets, Debts, Daily Life, Digital Life and Wishes.

Clients are encouraged to invite their family, close friends and other advisors to become Delegates of their Zenplan. Each Delegate can be granted access to part or all of the client’s Zenplan. Their access can be immediate or scheduled for the future should the client pass away or lose capacity.

Looking after a client’s important information is something we take extremely seriously, which is why we are committed to protecting all the personal data that we handle with best-in-class security. 

All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and each account is protected with multi-factor authentication. Our platform undergoes regular third party audits to ensure that our security remains at the cutting edge.

Due to the level of encryption in use, we are unable to read the data that is stored within a client’s Zenplan. The Zenplans team will be able to access a limited set of data such as the client’s name and contact information to deliver updates and authentication codes for secure log-in.
